Joe Rogan has confirmed that he will interview Kanye West in an upcoming episode of his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience.
The popular podcaster, comedian, and MMA commentator invited West to appear on his show in a tweet after the rapper and fashion designer complained that no one in the media wanted to have “a serious interview speaking on mental health.”

West has been open about his bipolar disorder diagnosis, but has apparently gone off his medication because he feels he creates better music when not medicated.

Rogan confirmed at the end of his recent podcast with comedian Greg Fitzsimmons that the interview will take place, and that the two are working out their schedules.
West has also confirmed he is in communication with Rogan.

Rogan’s podcast, which gets millions of downloads, is known for being a long-form, free flowing affair, with the host willing to push for answers but also allowing his guests to be themselves and speak their minds.
